Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. Weekly booking only. A beautiful 16th century manor house that was extensively restored in 1988, and located close to Viano do Castelo in the Minho region. Full of antiques and family heirlooms, the house has been in the same family since 1554. In high season (May, June, July and September) the entire house is let for a minimum of 7 nights (suitable for 12 persons). During this period the price includes supply of fresh linen and weekly cleaning (but you will need to bring your own pool/beach towels) If heating is required in high season, 75 euros a week is charged. Please note that the house is full for the period June 5 - 19. Some rooms have four poster beds and ensuite shower rooms, some have an additional sitting room. Other rooms have twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The pool is on a large terrace surrounded by lawns and gardens and a tunnel under the road leads to the private tennis court. The beaches of Viano do Castelo are about 10 km. from the house. There is no restaurant at the Casa but if ordered in advance, meals can be prepared (with 24 hours notice at approximately 25 euros per person excluding wine). There is a restaurant within 300 metres.

Notes Check in time on Saturday is 17:00. Check out the following Saturday is 10:00. Visit the city of Viana do Castelo and its outskirts, the gorgeous region of Valença do Minho, the old cities of Braga, Guimarães and Ponte de Lima.

Cancellation Policy:
For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
