Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. The creators and owners of Naturarte (an architect and a doctor) have lived in the Alentejo region for many years. They have studied traditional construction techniques and extended their use to modern architecture and the casas that make up Naturarte are a delightful demonstration of these innovative concepts. The concept of balancing art and nature (hence the property's name) has been used throughout the hotel. The location, in the heart of southwest Alentejo, offers great opportunities to explore this mostly unspoiled nature. At the hotel, artworks from contemporary artists are both inside and out. Renewable energy sources are used, as well as power-saving electrical systems and water saving equipment. The garden is full of local plants (no lawns!) minimizing water requirements. In the Naturarte-campo complex there are five double rooms, each with unique decor and art. They have one big bed, bathroom with tub and shower (and hairdryer), LCD satellite television and DVD, wi-fi, air conditioning and ceiling fan. In the Rio complex, there are seven larger casas complete with kitchen (with electric cooker, fridge, microwave), dining room, living room, bathroom (these are for two people) and Casas that include two bedrooms and two bathrooms for four people. The casas have their own veranda or terrace. There is a 15 metre swimming pool in the garden and a tennis court. There is no restaurant but there is a bar where you can get light snacks. If you request it in advance, dinner can be provided. There is also an equestrian centre within the estate and a private jetty (bring your own boat!).

Cancellation Policy:
For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
