Full payment is required 30 days prior to your stay. There is a 2 night minimum at this inn. This is a 19th century townhouse of traditional construction in the Ribatejo region, in the small rural town of Rio Maior. The house has been in the same family for four generations and has a comfortable and rustic feel to it. There is a modern section to the house where the breakfast room is located and there are glimpses of an inner courtyard filled with palms and flowers. This is a house full of friendly character where Margarida, the friendly housekeeper, will make you feel most welcome. There are 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the house. The owners also have Casa do Moleiro in the countryside as a self-catering cottage available and Moinho da Senta, a restored windmill, see descriptions of these properties on our site. At the Moinho there is a small kitchen in a separate building a few steps down from the mill. This is a very unusual and exciting place to stay and the price is 75 euros a night (pictures 6 to 9). A non-refundable deposit of 50 euros will be taken upon confirming your reservation. The balance of full prepayment will be taken thirty days prior to your reservation date. If cancelled between 29 to 15 days of expected arrival, 25% of full payment will be retained. If cancelled 14 to 6 days prior to arrival, 75% of total cost will be retained. If cancelled less than 5 days before expected arrival, full payment will be retained. No show, full payment will be retained. We recommend travel cancellation insurance when booking a property in this Group.
