minimum stay: 2 nights. If the final payment is done in cash there is a 5% reduction of the price. This tiny property in the centre of Lisbon has just four ensuite guestrooms. (Note that, like much of old Lisbon, there is unfortunately graffiti in the area - but this in no way reflects the friendliness of this little b. and b. inn). The room types are, 1. on the ground floor, one double room (with one big bed) with living room (with one single bed) and bathroom (with a shower), with one of the best views in the house. 2. on the first floor right there is one double room (with one big bed) with living room (with one sofa-bed) and bathroom (with a shower), with one miradouro facing the view. 3. on the first floor left there is one double room (with one big bed) with bathroom (with bath) and the best view of the house from the bed. 4. on the top floor there is a double room, complete with full bathroom (with bath) and private terrace. Notice this is the attic, and the ceiling is low (1,70m on the room, and 2,20m on the bathroom) but it's got a great view from the terrace, and is a charming room. Located centrally, in the Graca district, there are lovely views from this inn. Enjoy breakfast in your room or in the garden - Maria, the owner, always creates some very special treats. This home away from home is Maria's passion and she will make sure your stay is memorable. The terrace has wonderful views and is a perfect place to relax after a day's sightseeing in this great city. Only breakfast is served here, but there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Free amenity bar for guests free of charge. Guests can also use kitchen to prepare simple lunchs or dinners. The owner wants you to know "This is not a hotel but rather a special place for your stay in Lisbon. It is my home and I want it to be your home when you come. Here you won't find a radio or television but you will hear the rooster crow. All the rooms are filled with books and magazines and in the living room are board games for guests and unlimited access to the internet via WIFI". Also please note that Maria cannot ensure a specific room - she will make every effort to honour your request but cannot guarantee it.

Two of the rooms can accommodate more than 2 guests as they have a living room where an extra bed can be placed.

Only breakfast is served here, but there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Notes The closest parking is Martin Moniz, but there is no problem to park in the street close to Mi Casa.
