The Hotel requires a minimum of 2 night's stay all year and 3 nights minimum over Easter, July to September and at Christmas. A group of delightful serviced apartments located at the heart of Lisbon's historical district, the Baixa (Downtown), is just a 5 minutes walk from the Praca do Comercio, the Figueira and the Rossio, 10 min. from the Chiado, and on the route of the electric tram No. 28. Baixa House is the perfect place to stay if you want to fully enjoy Lisbon's vibrant centre. Following a complete refurbishing, this 18th century building, erected in 1755, is a favourite for travelers from around the world. There is a homely atmosphere at the apartments where the interior design includes numerous Portuguese handicrafts. Each of the twelve apartments is named after a Lisbon garden which inspires its design. The apartments can accommodate from one to six guests, all are ensuite of course and include a fully equipped kitchen and an espresso machine. Breakfast will be provided each day, and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area for other meals. The apartments are cleaned each day and for stays of 7 nights or more, weekly linen changes are included. The Baixa House is a project of Maria, one of Inns of Portugal's favourite hoteliers and these apartments get rave reviews from international travellers. They are perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends.
Notes The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. On your departure the accommodation should be left in a tidy condition. There is no onsite parking but there is a parking lot very close to the building. There’s a laundry space with facilities on the first floor with a laundry machine, dryer and ironing set available for you. Its use is included in the rental price. All the apartments within the building have internet wifi access. You’ll find password etc in your Apartment Guide. To maintain the quiet of the apartments, there are no televisions but connections are there and you may ask for a tv set if you wish. There is no front-desk as such, so you will need to advise us of the approximate arrival time so someone can show you around.

As we source the best possible prices for our clients, the cancellation policies and terms may sometimes differ from those shown below. We will advise the terms at the time of your enquiry. In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged by Baixa House.
• if you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date they will send you back the deposit (30.00 euro administration rate will be charged by them)
• if you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date they will send you back 50% of the deposit (30.00 euro administration rate will be charged by them)
• if you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date you will not be reimbursed.
