The Vila is in Frossos Pateira, 9 km. from Aveiro, in an ecological reserve. The location is about 18 km. from some lovely beaches. The gardens include an orchard and eight hectares of pines and eucalyptus trees -- perfect for some gentle walks. The house was built in the Brazilian style at the end of the 19th century and has many unique Art Nouveau features. On three floors, there are three ensuite guestrooms and the breakfast room and kitchen, library with piano, living room and dining room. The rooms have television, internet access, and phone. In two other wings of this granite building there are seven ensuite rooms, with decor in the old Portuguese style - stone and wrought iron with some modern touches. The house's original wine cellar is used as a social centre, complete with snooker and ping-pong tables. In the grounds are a swimming pool and tennis court and the owners can arrange horse riding, boat and walking tours and advise you on the most interesting places to visit in the surrounding area.

If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to arrival, Inns en Route will charge 25% of the total amount of the booking. In case of no show the total amount of the booking will be charged by Inns en Route. There is a 15 euro administrative cancellation fee, per room booked, from Inns en Route Inc. on all reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled.
