2 night minimum stay. For stays of 1 - 3 days, a deposit of one nights stay is required upon reserving. For stays of more than 5 days a deposit equal to the cost of 3 nights accommodation will be taken.
If final payment is made with a credit card the hotel will charge a 3.5% fee. Casal Antigo is a restored casal located on the coast road to Cascais (close to Lisbon) The house has been skilfully restored, maintaining the original structure. The six outward-facing rooms have full bathrooms, wireless internet access, heating and air conditioning, safe, cable TV, DVD, and are decorated with interesting Portuguese furniture and artwork. (Extra beds are available in all rooms). Start the day with breakfast within sight of Praia do Guincho where the mountains meet the sea. In the garden is an old round stone threshing floor which has been converted to a pleasant solarium and there is a perfect outdoor setting for barbecues and meals in the evenings. There is also a refreshing outdoor swimming pool in the garden. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes.

The family suite that has 1 double and 1 twin room, 1 bathroom and a common hall, can accomodate a family of 4.
Notes To the north of the river Tagus, in one of the 2 glorious stretches of golden sandy coastline, are more than 30 kms of beaches, each with its own natural features and characteristics. Inside the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the Sintra saws, that measure 10kms x 5 kms wide, with a 30 km perimeter have the maximum altitude on the 540mt of Cruz Alta.

One night will be charged in the event of cancellation less than ten days prior to arrival date. For stays of more than 5 nights, any cancellation must be received at least 20 days prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be lost. No-show, full amount of stay will be charged.
